You Don’t Have to Stay Stuck in Overthinking and Overwhelm.

You’re used to being praised for how hard-working, committed, and driven you are. You’re thoughtful, driven, and seem to juggle it all—at work, in relationships, and within your family. It’s just how you’ve always operated.

But, being “the one who has it all together,” takes its toll.

Most days, it feels like you’re just trying to keep up. Your mind constantly races with second-guessing, and endless “what ifs.” Some days, your emotions hit like a wave you can’t control. Other days, it’s like you’re completely disconnected—going through the motions but too exhausted to process what you’re feeling.

You push through, showing up for everyone else, but inside, you’re running on fumes. On the surface, you hold it together, but behind closed doors, the stress spills over. It might look like:

  • Struggling to focus and regroup when something goes wrong at work

  • Unexpected tears that seem to come out of nowhere

  • Snapping at your partner over something small, then feeling guilty

  • Numbing out with endless scrolling, just trying to turn off the noise

Even when life looks fine on the outside, your body is stuck in overdrive– a pit in your stomach, bracing for the next thing, overwhelmed by how much there is to do, the exhaustion of being everything to everyone—yet still feeling like it’s not enough. When you finally get a moment to rest, your body stays tense, your mind won’t quiet down, and guilt creeps in—Shouldn’t I be doing something productive?

You don’t have to keep pushing yourself to the brink. You deserve peace, clarity, and the ability to feel grounded in your life again.

My approach combines depth work and practical skill-building to support you in living a more fulfilling and peaceful life.

How Therapy for Anxiety & Overwhelm Works:

Therapy is a space to untangle what’s keeping anxiety in overdrive. Maybe you’re always anticipating the next task, replaying conversations, or carrying the weight of everyone’s expectations.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns fueling emotional overwhelm—like perfectionism, people-pleasing, or difficulty setting boundaries— and help you find a deeper sense of calm.

You’ll learn to navigate emotions with clarity, set boundaries without guilt, and move through stress without feeling like you have to earn rest or prove your worth.

Imagine…

Waking up without a sense of dread. Your mind feels clearer, and the relentless inner critic has softened.

Instead of running on autopilot, you pause, breathe, and respond to life’s demands without feeling stretched too thin. Your relationships feel more balanced because you’re no longer overextending yourself to keep the peace.

You trust yourself. At the end of the day, you can actually unwind—without the nagging feeling that you should be doing more.

Life feels lighter. You’re not just getting through the day—you’re really living.
